The contents of this Site do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Investors are solely responsible for conducting any legal, accounting or due diligence review. You should obtain investment and tax advice from your advisers before deciding to invest.
No communication, through this website or in any other medium, should be construed as a recommendation for any security offering on or off this site. This Site is suitable for accredited investors who are familiar with and willing to accept the high risk associated with private investments. Investing in private placements requires high risk tolerance, low liquidity concerns, and long-term commitments. Investors must be able to afford to lose their entire investment.

No modification to these Terms by any party other than by us shall be valid or enforceable against us unless expressly agreed to by us in a writing signed by a duly authorized officer of AAXLL.
These Terms are effective until terminated by AAXLL. We may terminate these Terms without notice and at any time. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the Site and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to the Content, the Materials, the disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms shall survive termination.
